BRICONS Stakeholder Workshop: Advancing Nature-Based Solutions (NbS)

🌊🔬 The BRICONS project will bring together stakeholders from ports and harbours across the island of Ireland for a dedicated Stakeholder Workshop on Nature-Based Solutions (NbS) at Trinity College Dublin on 2 September 2026. 🌱📈

The workshop aims to create an open space for port and harbour stakeholders, researchers, engineers, regulators and other relevant organisations to share experiences, identify challenges and explore practical pathways for implementing nature-based solutions within working coastal environments.

The workshop will begin with an introduction to the BRICONS project and its three demonstration sites: Dublin Port, Connemara and Belfast Harbour. Participants will also explore the project’s ambition for supporting more resilient and sustainable coastal infrastructure through nature-based approaches.
